I just finished watching your debate with Dr. Ehrman. Very informative and well done on both sides. While Ehrman brings up some good points, I think your argument the stronger of the two.
Two questions come to mind:
1. Is Dr. Ehrman a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and does he hold to generally orthodox views?
2. A question that was never specifically addressed was if there is doubt about whether we can trust the text of the NT, how can we have full confidence in the teachings and doctrines upn which our salvation is based?

Ehrman is not a believer; he is an agnostic. He doesn’t believe that we can have any confidence in the doctrines found in the scriptures because he doesn’t believe that the God of the Bible is the true God.
